Slot Department Manager Position

Lead the Slot Department as a Slot Manager, overseeing daily operations and team management. This role ensures adherence to policies while fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

As a Slot Manager, you will report to the VP/Regional General Manager and be responsible for supervising 8-12 team members.

Your role involves decision-making about revenue and staffing, maintaining guest transaction confidentiality, and training staff. Emphasizing PURE values, you will also play a crucial part in employee performance management and conflict resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Slot Department and staff performance

• Ensure compliance with gaming operation policies

• Maintain confidentiality of guest and employee information

• Facilitate team training and establish work standards

• Resolve guest disputes with Casino General Manager guidance

Requirements:

• 5 years of prior management experience required

• 5 years of customer service and cash-handling experience an asset

• University education or equivalent casino experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Additional training in management and customer service is a plus
