Senior Project Manager for TELUS Integration

Join TELUS as a Senior Project Manager, leading customer integration initiatives as part of our Eastern expansion strategy. You'll manage complex integration programs in a dynamic team environment.

This role is pivotal in supporting the execution of integration strategies for acquired customers within the Post Acquisition Centre of Excellence. You will leverage analytical skills to guide project scope, schedule, and quality, ensuring a seamless transition into TELUS's ecosystem while enhancing our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full integration project cycles for acquired clients

• Conduct comprehensive analyses on business processes

• Facilitate inter-team collaboration for integration success

• Develop high-level reports and communicate program progress

• Assess program metrics and risk factors proactively

Requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience in project management

• Experience in a PMO setting is advantageous

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proven facilitation and communication expertise

• Proficient in Google Workspace tools
