Duties

and Responsibilities

The key job functions are:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with growth objectives and support both About Staffing and affiliated brands, including Jobshift.
  • Lead brand management initiatives across platforms, ensuring consistent positioning, messaging, and visual identity that strengthens market presence and reputation.
  • Conceptualize, design, and launch innovative marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotions that drive measurable engagement and revenue growth.
  • Create original, high‑quality content including blogs, website copy, sales collateral, email campaigns, and social media messaging that authentically reflects company culture and expertise.
  • Design and produce marketing materials including infographics, sales packages, signage, tradeshow materials, and promotional assets.
  • Manage and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Business, and Google Search Console to assess effectiveness and guide data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp, including segmentation, automation workflows, and application programming interface (API) integration.
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing across social media platforms, paid campaigns, and website design to optimize performance and conversions.
  • Support search engine optimization (SEO) strategies including keyword research, backlink generation, technical and on‑page optimization, metadata enhancement, and artificial intelligence (AI) optimization considerations.
  • Oversee Word Press website performance, including updates to core, themes, and plugins, backups, troubleshooting, and user experience (UX) enhancements.
  • Support business and partnership development initiatives through media relationship, networking, digital strategy contributions, and brand expansion efforts.
Education
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is considered an asset.
Qualifications
  • Clean criminal record check.
  • Valid drivers license and vehicle.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that combine creative storytelling with analytical insight.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.
  • Advanced understanding of social media platforms including Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, and X, with experience in both organic and paid strategies.
Experience
  • Minimum of five years of progressive marketing and communications experience with responsibility in digital strategy, brand development, and campaign execution.
  • Proven experience managing SEO initiatives, including both technical and on‑page optimization, and driving measurable organic traffic growth.
