Marketing Coordinator, StreetSide

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, as the Marketing Coordinator you will assist in the development and coordination of marketing strategies for the business unit and ensure compliance with branding standards.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the development and coordination of marketing programs and advertising campaigns; measuring the effectiveness of marketing initiatives or promotional efforts.
• Coordinate digital marketing presence, develop content schedule, monitor engagement, reporting and creation of organic social media campaigns. Capture video and photos on a regular basis.
• Managing signage inventory and creation of additional marketing site signage as needed.
• Collaborating with agencies to develop and implement marketing and advertising plans for the business unit in accordance with budgets.
• Assisting with showhome sales centres and marketing displays at launch and ongoing when changes are required.
• Gathering, processing and utilizing market intelligence and preparing various reports for review as required.
• Assisting in planning and coordinating project/special events, including onsite event management.

  Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience.
• Prior experience working with a home builder.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint).
• Understanding social media channels (Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook) and analytics and reporting tools.

You primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours. Travel to sites and work outside of regular business hours may be required. Overtime may occasionally be required.
