As a critical member of CIFF’s leadership team, the Director of Development will shape fundraising strategies while managing major donor relationships and corporate partnerships. You will cultivate individual and corporate sponsors, playing a pivotal role in executing CIFF’s philanthropic vision aimed at raising $400,000 annually by 2029, ensuring the organization thrives long-term.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead CIFF’s major gifts and individual giving programs

• Cultivate and steward donors at the $25,000+ level

• Oversee corporate partnership growth and engagement

• Manage and mentor new Development Officers

• Contribute to strategic planning and budget management

Requirements:

• Minimum five years in senior fundraising roles

• Proven major gifts solicitation experience

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Experience in arts or non-profit sectors

• Proficiency with fundraising data management systems
