Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies

• Represent MCSC at community events and forums

• Build relationships with police, social services, and Indigenous communities

• Manage social media and digital outreach content

• Prepare reports and assist in program support

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience in community outreach

• Relevant post-secondary education or experience

• Strong skills in communication and relationship-building

• Experience working with equity-seeking communities

• Proficiency in digital engagement tools
