Position: Senior Development Leader for CIFF
Lead CIFF’s fundraising initiatives as Senior Development Leader in Calgary, AB. This role emphasizes major gifts and partnership strategies essential for sustaining the festival's vibrant community impact.

As a senior leader at the Calgary International Film Festival, you will be instrumental in managing fundraising efforts aimed at building a loyal donor base. Overseeing major gifts of $25,000 and above, you will also develop corporate partnerships, contributing significantly to CIFF’s ambitious goal of $400,000 in annual revenue by 2029. Engaging with diverse community members, your leadership will help shape the future of Calgary’s artistic landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute major gifts strategy

• Lead engagement with CIFF’s Presenting Partner

• Oversee effective stewardship of donors

• Mentor new team members in fundraising tactics

• Participate in organizational strategy and budgeting

Requirements:

• Minimum five years’ experience in senior fundraising

• Proven track record in major gifts fundraising

• Exceptional relationship-building skills

• Demonstrated experience in arts or non-profit contexts

• Strong proficiency in database management
