As a vital member of the Philanthropy team, the Major Gifts Manager is tasked with developing a portfolio of both prospective and current major donors. You will undertake comprehensive stewardship and lead solicitation efforts to encourage deeper funding for initiatives focused on children's rights and gender equality. Your innovative strategies will mark the way toward enhanced funding opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and solicit significant donations from individuals
• Engage committed donors to explore increased giving
• Prepare funding proposals for strategic initiatives
• Create donor engagement and solicitation strategies
• Maintain detailed donor profiles and engagement records
Requirements:
• Solid experience in relationship-driven fundraising
• Strong networking and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Flexibility for travel as required
