Position: Crisis Response Team Assistant Manager Role
Drive impactful ministry service as the Assistant Manager for the Rapid Response Team with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association of Canada (BGEAC) in Calgary. This position provides the opportunity to support crisis care through dedicated leadership and training.

As a crucial member of the Canadian Ministry Projects team, you'll coordinate training for volunteer chaplains and assist the BG-RRT Manager in managing deployments during disasters. This full-time role entails working closely with various partners to effectively equip volunteers ready to respond to crisis situations, all while contributing significantly to BGEAC's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and manage volunteer chaplain inquiries

• Oversee and coordinate all BG-RRT training sessions

• Keep informed on current disaster response needs

• Assist in volunteer coordinator deployments

• Generate performance reports for operational decision-making

Requirements:

• Agreement with BGEAC's Statement of Faith

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred

• 3+ years in administration with database management

• Background in crisis-related environments preferred

• Valid driver’s license and passport
