Your expertise in major gifts fundraising will strengthen relationships with a curated portfolio of 100 to 120 impactful donors. This role demands proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven strategies to maximize revenue and donor retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop tailored engagement strategies for major gift donors
• Manage a portfolio, leveraging likelihood, interest, and ability analysis
• Design moves management plans to guide donor progression
• Prepare personalized solicitations aligned with donor values
• Forecast revenue and maintain accountability for portfolio performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in major gifts fundraising or donor management
• Proven ability to secure significant gifts over $250,000
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence
• Driver’s license with access to a vehicle for local travel
