Lead spiritual growth as an Associate Pastor at FFC, committed to shepherding, outreach, and evangelism. Engage in worship while empowering youth and children's ministries.

FFC seeks a dedicated Associate Pastor to fulfill its long-term vision. This role involves leading worship services and overseeing Children’s and Youth Programs. You'll build relationships with students, parents, and volunteers while encouraging community service and spiritual development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate FFC’s beliefs and strategies effectively

• Develop and oversee Children’s and Youth Programs

• Organize and support volunteer scheduling

• Maintain strong relationships with students and volunteers

• Champion and empower ministry leaders continuously

Requirements:

• Evidence of Christian character and leadership skills

• Minimum of 3 years in church ministry

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field

• Strong relational skills with youth and families

• Ability to inspire and motivate volunteers
