Position: Engagement Specialist for Community Outreach
Drive community engagement at the DI as a Community Engagement Specialist. This full-time role focuses on enhancing corporate and community partnerships while achieving vital fundraising goals.

The Community Engagement Specialist at DI is pivotal in building relationships that align with the organization’s mission. With a minimum of three years in fund development or community engagement, you will manage donor pipelines and lead corporate initiatives. This dynamic role requires effective collaboration across departments to achieve community and corporate engagement targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and coordinate community engagement opportunities

• Manage a pipeline of leadership-level donors

• Pursue new revenue generation and community partnerships

• Ensure accurate tracking of donor and volunteer information

• Provide exceptional stewardship and service to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in a relevant field

• At least 3 years of nonprofit experience

• Proven ability in relationship management and fundraising

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Effective communication and team collaboration skills
