WINS is seeking a dedicated Development Officer to enhance philanthropic engagement. With a focus on managing diverse portfolios, you will cultivate relationships with individuals, corporations, and private foundations capable of making major donations.

Your role includes crafting persuasive proposals and managing donor stewardship to ensure lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a diversified donor portfolio

• Write engaging proposals, LOIs, and impact reports

• Support major donor relationships with strategic cultivation

• Create personalized donor engagement journeys

• Track donor activity in CRM efficiently

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum three years in fundraising roles

• Proven relationship-building and storytelling skills

• Experience in meeting deadlines consistently

• Valid driver’s license and travel capability
