Lead the Youth Ministry at RockPointe Church, focusing on Grades 6–12. Champion environments for spiritual growth and authentic community for youth and young adults.

The Youth & Young Adults Pastor role is pivotal at RPC, steering the health and growth of both Youth and Young Adults ministries. You will emphasize Youth Ministry while developing pathways into adult life within the church. This leadership position calls for an individual who is passionate about creating spaces for students to Encounter Jesus and build meaningful connections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and shape the Youth Ministry for Grades 6–12

• Develop programs for seamless transition into Young Adults

• Foster authentic community among students and young adults

• Equip participants to engage in mission-centered living

• Champion encounters with Jesus through ministry activities

Requirements:

• Strong leadership experience in youth or ministry settings

• Ability to build community and foster relationships

• Passion for spiritual growth in youth and young adults

• Commitment to develop pathways for adult life in church

• Affinity for evangelism and discipleship among youth
