Position: Fund Development Manager at Between Friends
Empower change as the Fund Development Manager for Between Friends! Seek out major donors, build authentic partnerships, and drive impactful fundraising initiatives to support our diverse community.

As the Fund Development Manager, you will partner closely with our CEO and a dedicated team to expand fundraising efforts.

Your role focuses on inspiring donations while fostering relationships that convert one-time supporters into long-term advocates. You will lead strategic initiatives in grants, sponsor ships, and stewardship, creating unforgettable events that promote community connection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire major donors and corporate partners for our mission

• Build authentic, lasting relationships with supporters

• Lead fundraising strategy, annual giving, grants, and sponsor ships

• Design memorable fundraising events to engage community

• Mentor a talented Fund Development team and promote philanthropy

Requirements:

• 5+ years of progressive fundraising experience

• Proven track record of securing major gifts and grants

• Excellent communicator and storyteller

• Strategic thinker willing to engage in hands-on work

• CFRE designation is a plus
