Executive Director for Community Foundations

Lead Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation as the Executive Director, Foundations & Community Impact. Oversee charitable initiatives and enrich community engagement strategies within Calgary.

In this on-site leadership position, you'll provide strategic direction for CSEC's community investment efforts, integrating the goals of its various foundations. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement annual operating plans for Foundations

• Engage with stakeholders to enhance community impact

• Lead budgeting and ensure compliance with governance requirements

• Cultivate relationships with sponsors and donors

• Mentor a high-performing team in Foundation initiatives

Requirements:

• 10+ years of leadership experience in non-profit sectors

• Proven success in fundraising and managing stakeholder relations

• Strong financial stewardship abilities

• Education in Business, Communications, or non-profit fields

• Outstanding communication and leadership skills
