Position: Director of Fund Development Role
Lead impactful fundraising initiatives as the Director of Fund Development for an organization that values human connection. This strategic and hands-on role focuses on revenue generation and donor relations across all platforms.

Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Fund Development spearheads comprehensive strategies for fundraising and community engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee activities like relationship building with major donors and corporate partners, ensuring revenue targets are consistently met. You will also provide leadership to the fund development team, aligning efforts with the organization’s mission and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute multi-year fund development strategies

• Manage a portfolio of major donors and funding sources

• Lead donor engagement and stewardship practices

• Monitor and report on fundraising performance

• Serve as an ambassador within the philanthropic sector

Requirements:

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in relevant fields

• 7-10 years of progressive fund development experience

• Success in securing major gifts and corporate partnerships

• Experience leading high-performing teams

• Proficiency in donor management systems
