Position: CSR Executive for Lokmanya Society
Elevate community initiatives as a CSR Executive at Lokmanya Multipurpose Co-operative Society in Pune. This role focuses on fundraising, relationship management, and successful campaign execution.

As a key team member, you will develop CSR strategies while maintaining compliance with all legal regulations. This position calls for recent graduates in Social Work with enthusiasm for community service, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the development of effective fundraising strategies

• Collaborate with donors and corporate partners

• Create and oversee CSR campaigns and events

• Draft compelling grant proposals and requests

• Monitor effectiveness of fundraising activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Social Work required

• 0-2 years of experience preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
