The role focuses on fostering relationships with donors, corporations, and community stakeholders to support philanthropy. This full-time position plays a pivotal role within the External Relations team. Utilize your expertise in donor management and communication to elevate the organization's mission against family homelessness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain key donor and corporate partnerships

• Develop and grow the donor pipeline through active outreach

• Execute comprehensive donor stewardship plans

• Track donor interactions and report engagement outcomes

• Deliver impactful presentations and represent the organization at events

Requirements:

• 5+ years fundraising or donor relations experience

• Familiarity with Raiser's Edge NXT or similar systems

• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities

• Passion for the nonprofit sector and community service

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license preferred
