Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outreach through canvassing and community engagement
• Maintain and increase monthly member dues and donations
• Collaborate with national supervisors for organizer training
• Engage with tenants to activate involvement in campaigns
• Develop social media strategies for effective communication
Requirements:
• Strong people and listening skills
• Ability to work semi-independently in a team
• Experience in social justice or community organizing
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Fundraising experience is a plus
