In this full-time position, you'll develop relationships and manage donor engagement at leadership levels ($1,000–$9,999). You'll coordinate opportunities that broaden community support while driving corporate partnerships and funding efforts. Prioritizing relationship management and community presence, you will contribute to grant management and impact evaluation while promoting a culture of philanthropy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop community engagement opportunities
• Manage a pipeline of leadership-level donors
• Pursue revenue generation and community activation
• Ensure tracking of donor and volunteer information
• Contribute to planning of third-party events
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in related fields
• Minimum 3 years in fund development or partnership roles
• Satisfactory Criminal Record Check required
• Proven success in relationship building and stewardship
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
