The Family Ministries Pastor role is a full-time position focused on serving the growing families 'll provide leadership and support for youth and children’s programs, ensuring they align with the church's vision. Your responsibilities include developing a Family Ministries Plan, offering spiritual care, and engaging in community outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic Family Ministries Plan

• Provide dynamic programming for youth ministry

• Oversee Sunday Children’s Ministry and related events

• Equip and support parents as primary disciple rs

• Create and manage ministry budgets and resources

Requirements:

• Authentic relationship with Jesus Christ

• Proven pastoral experience with strong biblical knowledge

• Eligible for or accredited with the CMA in Canada

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
