Join RockPointe Church as a Youth & Young Adults Pastor focusing on spiritual leadership for grades 6–12 and young adult programs. Drive growth and community.

This role targets leadership in both Youth and Young Adult ministries at RPC, stressing the importance of Youth Ministry while fostering development pathways into adulthood in the church. We seek a visionary leader ensuring that students encounter Jesus and grow within an authentic community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide Youth Ministry for Grades 6–12 with clear vision

• Establish pathways for young adults transitioning into the church

• Cultivate a community atmosphere for students and young adults

• Prepare participants for mission-oriented living

• Organize impactful activities and engagements within the ministry

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in youth ministry leadership

• Strong relational skills to engage youth and young adults

• Passion for nurturing spiritual growth in others

• Willingness to develop youth into mature church members

• Dedication to outreach and community involvement
