At Between Friends, we’re seeking an experienced Fund Development Manager to drive our mission forward. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of fundraising expertise, proven success in securing major gifts, and a passion for community impact.

Your role includes developing our fundraising strategies while leading the Fund Development team to foster a culture of philanthropy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire major donors and corporate partners to support our mission

• Build authentic relationships with first-time supporters

• Lead fundraising strategy, grants, and sponsor ships

• Create memorable fundraising events that attract attendees

• Mentor and develop the Fund Development team

Requirements:

• 5+ years of progressive fundraising experience

• Proven success in securing major gifts and grants

• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills

• Strong strategic thinker who enjoys hands-on work

• CFRE designation is a plus
