Become a catalyst for change as the Fund Development Manager at Between Friends! Your passion for relationship building will drive our fundraising initiatives, supporting individuals with disabilities.
As the Fund Development Manager, you'll work closely with the CEO to propel our mission forward. This role encompasses inspiring major donors and corporate partners while leading our fundraising strategies, including grants and sponsor ships. You'll create memorable donor experiences that foster lasting connections within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspire foundations and donors to support our cause
• Build a network of authentic and impactful relationships
• Lead comprehensive fundraising strategy and stewardship
• Organize and execute memorable fundraising events
• Coach a thriving Fund Development team in their initiatives
Requirements:
• 5+ years of fundraising experience
• Proven success in acquiring major gifts
• Exceptional communication and networking skills
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
• Ideal candidate holds or is pursuing a CFRE designation
