At Between Friends, we are looking for a dynamic Fund Development Manager. This role requires 5+ years of fundraising experience, particularly in securing major gifts. You will inspire a culture of philanthropy while collaborating closely with our CEO and team to enhance community connections. Your efforts will directly support individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage major donors and corporate partners in our initiatives

• Build genuine connections with first-time and ongoing supporters

• Develop fundraising strategies, events, and grants outreach

• Organize unforgettable fundraising events to engage the community

• Mentor a talented team in the Fund Development department

Requirements:

• Over 5 years in progressive fundraising roles

• Expertise in securing major gifts and grants

• Exceptional communication and strategic planning skills

• Passion for community-driven initiatives

• CFRE designation is a bonus
