Leadership Giving Officer

Position: Leadership Giving Officer at Mount Royal University
Elevate philanthropy at Mount Royal University as a Leadership Giving Officer. Manage donor relationships and drive annual giving efforts in a hybrid work model.

This pivotal full-time role encompasses the cultivation and stewardship of a dynamic portfolio of leadership donors giving between $1,000 and $24,999. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the campus, develop strategic plans for donor engagement, and support various fundraising initiatives. In this role, you will also assist in planning giving campaigns and ensuring impactful communications with donors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and solicit relationships with key donors

• Identify and develop long-term engagement plans

• Serve as first contact for leadership giving inquiries

• Support group giving projects and liaise effectively

• Collaborate on fundraising initiatives across campus

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field

• 2 to 3 years experience in fundraising

• Strong analytical and technical writing skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems, Mailchimp, or Canva

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
