Community Program Facilitator Role

Enhance community skills development as a Program Facilitator ve successful outcomes for the Start Work program through participant support and outreach efforts.

As a Program Facilitator at Momentum, your key responsibilities will include managing participant assessments and program delivery. You'll work closely with community partners and participants to ensure a supportive training environment. Through effective communication and program coordination, you'll help individuals achieve their employment aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive support for Start Work participants

• Facilitate information sessions and community presentations

• Manage participant records in compliance with guidelines

• Collaborate with instructors and team members effectively

• Implement feedback for continuous program improvement

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Social Work or related field

• Program management experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

• Ability to engage with diverse populations

• Knowledge of Calgary’s labor market and apprenticeship systems
