The ALS Society of Alberta is seeking a Director of Fund Development to spearhead a multifaceted fundraising strategy. You will oversee annual giving, capital campaigns, and donor engagement while building relationships throughout Alberta. The position allows for creativity and innovation in developing sustainable revenue channels for crucial support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the overall fund development strategy

• Lead major donor and corporate prospect cultivation directly

• Manage the planning and execution of capital campaigns

• Oversee annual giving campaigns across various channels

• Recruit and mentor a Community Engagement and Fundraising Coordinator

Requirements:

• Seven or more years of progressive fund development experience

• Proven success in soliciting major gifts and capital campaigns

• Strong strategic and analytical skills in budgeting

• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities

• Familiarity with donor databases and CRM platforms
