Dorothy Ley Hospice aims to expand its multi-site operations by hiring a Manager for Volunteer Services to guide the recruitment and development of its volunteer workforce. This role is critical for maintaining quality care and fostering a supportive environment for volunteers. The ideal candidate will possess strategic vision paired with strong management capabilities to ensure volunteers are effectively integrated and supported within their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the Volunteer Services program's strategy and operations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify volunteer needs

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes

• Develop training programs for ongoing volunteer education

• Monitor volunteer engagement and program outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

• 3-5 years of volunteer management experience

• Strong knowledge of volunteer engagement practices

• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills

• Required Police Vulnerable Sector Check
