This temporary part-time role is centered on supporting Foothills Church & Community Ministries during Christmas. Responsibilities include organizing volunteer efforts, managing toy distributions, and assisting clients with their needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the setup and take-down of toy distribution events

• Recruit and schedule volunteers for Christmas initiatives

• Process and sort toy donations for distribution

• Maintain clear and organized statistical records

• Communicate effectively with clients and process applications

Requirements:

• Completed Secondary School education

• Possess a valid Alberta Class “5” Driver’s License

• Minimum one year of related experience in community programs

• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
