As the Campaign Lead, you will work under the Director of Philanthropy to execute capital campaigns and engage key community stakeholders. Your proficiency in project management and relationship building will help secure funding and support for Wood's Homes Foundation's vital mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead fundraising campaign planning and evaluation
• Cultivate relationships with major donors and prospects
• Engage and support campaign volunteers and Board members
• Coordinate donor stewardship events and communications
• Maintain donor records and fundraising metrics
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Fund Development or a related discipline
• At least five years in fundraising or campaign management
• Proven success in securing major gifts
• Familiarity with donor management software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
