Philanthropy Campaign Coordinator

Join Wood’s Homes Foundation as the Campaign Lead and ignite your passion for philanthropy. This central role focuses on leading fundraising initiatives and nurturing key donor relationships for maximum impact.

As the Campaign Lead, you will work directly under the Director of Philanthropy, overseeing the execution of capital fundraising campaigns. You’ll facilitate collaboration among staff, Board members, and community stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of Wood’s Homes. Your leadership will inspire engagement from volunteers and donors alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning and implementation of campaign initiatives

• Develop strategies and budgets to enhance fundraising success

• Engage and cultivate major donors effectively

• Coordinate campaign-related events and recognition activities

• Maintain accurate campaign and donor records

Requirements:

• University degree in Communications, Fund Development, or similar

• Minimum five years’ experience in fundraising management

• Success in major gift solicitation and donor stewardship

• Experience with campaign strategies and community engagement

• Proficient in Raiser's Edge NXT or similar systems
