Development Officer Annual Giving

Enhance donor engagement as the Development Officer for Annual Giving at Calgary Humane Society. Focus on fostering long-term donor relationships through effective fundraising strategies.

Endeavor to grow annual giving revenue in this full-time role reporting to the Director of Philanthropy. You will need to effectively manage donor portfolios, execute fundraising campaigns, and leverage data analytics to refine donor engagement and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct and implement comprehensive annual giving strategies

• Manage and expand donor portfolios effectively

• Oversee planning and execution of fundraising campaigns

• Develop persuasive donor communications and appeals

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in fundraising

• Success in managing annual giving and donor retention programs

• Analytical skills for evaluating fundraising data
