Signature Programs Expert

Position: Signature Programs Expert - Hybrid Role
Join the Canadian Cancer Society as a Signature Programs Expert in Calgary with a flexible hybrid work model focused on the Run for the Cure initiative. You will support fundraising efforts while managing volunteer relations and event execution.

This position is essential to the success of Canada's largest grassroots breast cancer event. As a Signature Programs Expert, you will work closely with event sponsors and volunteers to meet both revenue and participation goals. The candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and experience in event management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive engagement across 5 Run for the Cure events

• Provide coaching to volunteer organizers

• Maintain data and communications with stakeholders

• Explore growth opportunities for Run event locations

• Develop training materials and deliver workshops

Requirements:

• Relevant experience (1-3 years) in fundraising/event management

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Strong communication and facilitation skills

• Valid driver’s license for travel within Canada

• Proficient in Microsoft and CRM applications
