BG-RRT Assistant Manager at BGEAC

Join the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association of Canada (BGEAC) as the Assistant Manager for the Rapid Response Team in Calgary. This role is perfect for those passionate about serving in crisis situations and equipping others through strong administrative leadership.
In this full-time position, you will partner with the BG-RRT Manager to coordinate training and manage volunteer chaplains while supporting crisis response efforts. You will play a critical role in the deployment of volunteers and oversight of various operational tasks, ensuring that BGEAC meets its objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen and recruit volunteer chaplains and serve as contact

• Administer training programs for BG-RRT ministry

• Engage in discussions on disaster involvement

• Support volunteer chaplain deployment coordination

• Maintain accurate records in databases and filings
Requirements:

• Strong commitment to BGEAC's Christian principles

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

• Minimum 3 years in administrative support roles

• Experience in crisis response settings

• Valid passport for travel when needed
