Kettle Campaign Coordinator Position

Location: High River

Lead the Christmas Kettle Campaign as a Kettle Campaign Coordinator with The Salvation Army, managing volunteer efforts in the Foothills and High River communities. Your leadership will drive successful fundraising through direct community engagement.

In this full-time, temporary role, you will oversee kettle operations, coordinate staffing schedules, and maintain a positive atmosphere among volunteers. Your previous experience in administration or kettle work will contribute to your success in this position. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage kettle locations and volunteer schedules

• Ensure kettles are secure while collecting donations

• Organize training and orientation for volunteers

• Maintain records in the Kettle System

• Build relationships with local businesses and organizations

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent education

• Relevant experience in administration or previous kettle work

• Skilled in Microsoft Office tools

• Excellent communication and organization abilities

• Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License and clear background check
