Christmas Hamper Coordinator at Salvation Army

This temporary part-time role focuses on coordinating toy distribution and recruitment of volunteers, as well as managing donations. You will assist with processing applications for Christmas hampers and ensure a smooth flow of support for those in need during the Christmas season.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate toy distribution setup and organization

• Recruit, schedule, and manage volunteers effectively

• Process and record Christmas Hamper applications and client calls

• Assist with Christmas fundraising efforts and donations

• Record statistical data accurately and organize paperwork

Requirements:

• Completed Secondary School education

• Valid Alberta Class '5' Driver's License required

• Minimum of one year in community-based programs

• Strong organization and communication skills

• Ability to lift/move over 20 lbs and work with minimal supervision
