Responsibilities:
Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly service to members and guests, always ensuring a high standard of hospitalityAccurately and efficiently prepare all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to specification, ensuring consistency and qualityPossess full knowledge of the food and beverage menu, including the ability to make informed recommendations and upsell when appropriateCollaborate closely with the serving team to create a seamless guest experience, assisting as needed to exceed service expectationsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to opening and closing procedures and daily operational tasksSupport event and banquet functions, including setup, service, and teardown as requiredMonitor and manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed and communicating inventory levels or shortages to supervisorsEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations, including those outlined by Glencoe Club, Alberta Occupational Health and Safety, and the Alberta Gaming, Liquor CommissionQualifications:
Pro Serve Certification is requiredMinimum 1 year of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment (golf course or club experience considered an asset)Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills while displaying an energetic, enthusiastic and positive attitudeProven track record of creating exceptional experiencesMust be comfortable with the duties of the position for the duration of the shift and lift heavy supplies weighing up to 50lbsStandard First Aid & CPR-C Certification is considered an assetReliable transportation is required as there is no public transportation to our locationWhy choose us:

These are full-time and part-time positions that report to the Restaurant & Outlets Manager. The successful candidate may be required to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays, so a flexible schedule is required.
