Responsibilities:
Strive to exceed service standards by supporting staff and monitor that service staff are adhering to the standardsProvide training of protocols, policies, and procedures to all staff membersEnsure staff have complete knowledge of menu offerings and are confident offering suggestionsDevelop employees and provide ongoing staff training in the form of daily coaching and employee feedbackEffectively address members concerns and complaints immediately; communicate member concerns with management in a timely manner as part of the member feedback processActively contribute to department teamwork including communication and collaboration with the culinary teamAssist management with daily food & beverage administrative duties as required, not limited to, but including opening, mid-day and closing duties of staff members and supervisory end-of-night closing proceduresEnsures compliance with all Glencoe Health and Safety standards, the Alberta Occupational Health and Safety regulations and the Alberta Gaming & Liquor Commission License requirementsQualifications:
Pro Serve Certification is requiredA proven track record, with a minimum 2-3 years food & beverage experience and a minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory or leadership roleA diplomatic, professional and outgoing personality; someone who is able to foster relationships with members and employeesA team player who can lead, organize and engage in the delivery of training, development and maintenance of service standardsMust be comfortable handling service recovery in response to member concernsAbility to make decision independently while displaying strong leadership skillsKnowledge of golf courses and golf etiquette is considered an assetStandard First Aid & CPR-C Certification is considered an assetReliable transportation is required as there is no public transportation to our locationWhy choose us:

This is a Full-Time/ Part-Time position that report to the Restaurant & Outlets Manager. The successful candidate may be required to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays, so a flexible schedule is required.
