SSP Canada is seeking an experienced Restaurant Shift Supervisor to support the management team across various airport restaurants. This full-time role demands a proactive leader skilled in coaching and motivating teams in a fast-paced food service setting. Key Responsibilities:
• Support management in achieving consistent service quality
• Maintain daily operational standards and cleaning schedules
• Coach team members through their induction process
• Set performance expectations and document team progress
• Oversee cash handling and maintain product quality
Requirements:
• Minimum 12 months in a busy restaurant environment
• Supervisory experience and strong bar knowledge
• Pro Serve and Food Safety certificates required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team setting
