Your Role
We’re looking for a Line/Prep Cook who loves creating delicious dishes and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll play a key role in preparing high-quality meals that keep our guests coming back. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about food, we’d love to have you on board!

What You’ll Do
  • Prepare and cook menu items to specification, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
  • Assist in prepping ingredients and setting up stations, following recipes and kitchen guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met.
  • Collaborate with your kitchen team, communicating effectively to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.
  • Monitor food stock and supplies, assisting with inventory management and minimizing waste.
  • Work efficiently to meet kitchen demands, ensuring orders are prepared quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Assist with kitchen cleaning tasks and equipment maintenance as required.
What You Bring
  • Previous kitchen experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right person.
  • A passion for cooking and creating consistently great dishes.
  • Attention to detail and pride in presentation.
  • Ability to work well with a team and support others.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment and staying organized under pressure.
