Responsibilities

As a Server, you'll play an important role in creating the exceptional Guest experience Boston Pizza is known for by:

• Delivering friendly, genuine, and attentive service to every Guest
• Building lasting relationships by creating memorable dining experiences
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Providing knowledgeable menu recommendations, including food, beverages, and promotions
• Ensuring every order is delivered with quality, accuracy, and care
• Processing payments accurately and responsibly
• Working collaboratively with the Kitchen, Bar, Hosts, and fellow team members
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment
• Practicing responsible alcohol service and following all food safety standards
• Helping create an outstanding experience for every Guest

Previous serving experience is considered an asset, but it isn't required. We'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
