Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve food items following restaurant recipes

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards

• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding food supplies

• Supervise and support other cooks as necessary

• Ensure proper food rotation to minimize waste

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of culinary experience in an upscale environment

• Proficient in knife skills and kitchen equipment

• Strong commitment to quality and teamwork

• Availability for varied shifts, including weekends

• Physically fit to stand for long periods
