Line Cook at Grey Eagle Resort

Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Line Cook plays an essential role at Grey Eagle Resort. You will utilize your cooking expertise to prepare various menu items, working diligently with a team on the kitchen line. Experience in large-scale food services and the ability to train new staff will set you apart in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items as per recipes

• Set up and maintain cooking stations for efficiency

• Plate dishes to meet presentation standards

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of food prep areas

• Train and mentor kitchen staff as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of line cook experience

• Knowledge of large-scale food service operations

• Culinary Management education is a plus

• Ability to work in a diverse and busy kitchen

• Familiarity with food safety standards
