Position: Join Fairmont as Demi Chef de Partie

This role requires you to maintain food quality and presentation standards as set by your Sous Chef. You will be involved in kitchen operations covering a variety of areas including a la carte, production, and banquets. Mentoring junior team members will also be a key part of your role, along with adhering to safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review daily sheets with Chef De Partie and Sous Chef

• Prepare and manage food production in a timely manner

• Train junior staff in cooking techniques and operations

• Ensure compliance with standardized recipes

• Safely operate kitchen tools and machinery

Requirements:

• Experience in a high-end hospitality environment

• Red Seal Certificate or equivalent certification

• Competency in both a la carte service and production

• Ability to perform physical tasks in the kitchen

• Flexibility to work nights and weekends
