Under the direction of the Food and Beverage Manager, your task will involve providing stellar service at various dining outlets. You'll need to remember menu options, take orders, and ensure the dining environment meets our high standards. This position is perfect for individuals who can work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced casino environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver impeccable guest service aligned with company standards
• Accurately record food and beverage orders using POS systems
• Ensure tables are promptly cleared and set for new guests
• Uphold cleanliness during service and shift changes
• Collaborate with management on inventory control needs
Requirements:
• High school diploma and valid Alberta Pro Serve Certificate
• 1-2 years of related server experience required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills necessary
• Ability to handle physical demands of the role
• Must be available for shift work, including weekends
