Are you a skilled cocktail bartender with a passion for great drinks, genuine hospitality, and memorable guest experiences?

At Good Folk, our bartenders are more than drink-makers — they help set the tone for the room. From perfectly executed classics to creative, house-driven cocktails, you’ll play a key role in creating an elevated bar experience that keeps guests engaged, well looked after, and coming back for more.

You’ll bring confidence, creativity, and strong product knowledge to the bar, while delivering thoughtful, polished service from the first drink to the last.

What You’ll Do

Craft and serve classic and modern cocktails to a high standard

Create a warm, engaging, and knowledgeable experience for every guest

Guide guests through the cocktail, wine, and spirits menu with thoughtful recommendations

Prepare drinks for both bar and dining room service

Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar

Complete daily bar prep and maintain high standards of presentation and consistency

Work closely with the FOH and kitchen teams to deliver smooth, seamless service

Follow responsible alcohol service practices and Alberta liquor legislation

What You Bring

Previous cocktail bartending experience  required

Valid Pro Serve certification  required

Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, and wine

Confident, personable, and knowledgeable when engaging with guests

Passion for quality, creativity, flavour, and presentation

Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure

Positive, team-focused attitude with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
