COMPANY OVERVIEW  Welcome! Banff Park Lodge Collection operates 3 hotel properties – Banff Park Lodge, Bow View Lodge, and Peaks Hotel & Suites. We also operate 2 restaurants – La Terrazza and Crave Mountain Grill. Staff and guests enjoy our ideal location, close to lively downtown Banff on one side and the peaceful Bow River pathway on the other.

Duties Include (but are not limited to):
Ensure food is properly stored and handled at all times
Ensure the quality and quantity of food meets hotel standards
Maintain a clean and safe workstation at all times
Check menus, functions, and number of guests expected for the assigned work station
Minimize food waste and spoilage
