As a Shift Leader, you will assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in facilitating exceptional service. This role requires liaising with team members, resolving customer concerns, and preparing the restaurant for effective service. You'll play a key role in managing the front of house staff to promote a lively dining atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist GM and AGM in daily operations
• Liaise with front of house and back of house teams
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Set up the restaurant for successful service
• Manage and support front of house team members
Requirements:
• Pro Serve certification required
• Previous bartending and serving experience
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork
• Flexible schedule necessary for varying shifts
• Supervisory experience is a plus
